By using Forge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this tool.

2. Research Tool Only

Forge is a research and statistical validation tool. It is provided strictly for informational and research purposes. Nothing in Forge constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a trading signal of any kind.

3. No Financial Advice

Kizan Labs is not a licensed financial advisor, broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial planner. The outputs generated by Forge—including classifications, metrics, and reports—are statistical summaries of historical data only. You should not make investment or trading decisions based solely on Forge output.

4. No Liability for Trading Decisions

Kizan Labs assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from trading decisions made on the basis of Forge output. You acknowledge that past statistical performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Permitted Use

Forge may be used for:

Forge may not be used to:
